What does the “shown to verified buyers only” text shown on many fields in listing management dashboard mean, and what is a Verified Buyer. A Verified Buyer on Bizcocity is someone who has engaged with a broker over a listing and has signed a virtual NDA. Buyers become Verified Buyers only after they have signed an NDA. Only then are brokers able to share those details about a listing.
